Scope

These terms govern the use of Evolution Hub services and apply to all agreements concluded with Evolution Hub GmbH.

Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when you complete registration or accept these terms in another way, for example by using the service after being notified of these terms.

Services

We provide a cloud-based platform and related features. The scope of services depends on the selected plan and the documentation in effect at the time the contract is concluded.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities in your account. Please inform us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Pricing and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are listed on the pricing page. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may apply.

Term and cancellation

Contracts are concluded for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. The right to terminate for cause without notice remains unaffected.

Permitted use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable law. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing without permission is prohibited.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided within the scope of the selected plan. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the service remain with Evolution Hub or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the contract.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Details on purposes and legal bases can be found in our privacy policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin to the extent permitted by law.

Participation in dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in legal requirements or our services. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use is considered acceptance.
