General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

These terms govern the use of the services of Evolution Hub and apply to all contracts concluded with Evolution Hub GmbH.

Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when you complete the registration or otherwise accept these terms, e.g., by using the service after being notified of these terms.

Services

We provide a cloud-based platform and related features. The scope of services is determined by the selected plan and the documentation valid at the time of the contract conclusion.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access data and for all activities in your account. Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prices and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are specified on the pricing page. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. Statutory taxes may apply.

Term and Termination

Contracts are concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated at the end of the current billing period. Termination for cause remains reserved.

Permissible Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable law. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing without consent is prohibited.

Warranty and Liability

The service is provided within the scope of the selected plan. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service remain with Evolution Hub or its licensors. You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the contract.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Details on purposes and legal bases can be found under pages.datenschutz.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the conflict of laws rules. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, as far as legally permissible.

Participation in Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes to these Terms

We may adapt these terms to reflect changes in the legal situation or our services. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use constitutes consent.
